Our Fundamental Permanent Makeup Training is approved by the NJ Department of Health, the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM) and the Society of Permanent Makeup Professionals (SPCP). In this course you will learn 6 different techniques to enable you to create beautiful permanent brows, eyeliner, and lip procedures. The techniques are as follows: Hairstroke brows, powder brows, classic eyeliner, and lash enhancement, classic lip liner and shading and lip blushing. You will work on live models provided by Beau Institute for hands-on training. All supplies during your training will be provided by Beau. You will also receive a manual, handouts, and videos. In addition, you will receive all the necessary forms for client folders and pre- and post-care. We offer this training in 2 formats: 3 days online and 3 days in house training or 6 days straight training at our Cherry Hill location. You will be taught by an experienced board-certified trainer. In addition, we have an open-door policy where you are allowed to observe any future fundamental permanent makeup courses throughout your career.

Upon completion of your fundamental training, if you plan on working in New Jersey you must complete an apprenticeship per state regulations. The requirement is 15 supervised procedures: 5 eyeliners, 5 brows and 5 lips permanent makeup procedure. You will complete 6 during your training that will count toward your required 15 procedures. Each apprenticeship is $400.00, there will be an additional investment of $3600.00. You will also have to provide your own supplies during the apprenticeship, or they can be provided by Beau for an additional cost.
